Official registration for the 2021 Fiscal Year H-1B Visa opens March 1st, 2020 and we hope you will choose the attorneys at Fong Ilagan to register your employees for the H-1B lottery. 

Here’s how it works: 

1. If you would like to register an employee for the 2021 Fiscal Year H-1B visa program, please complete the questionnaire form here. If you would like to register multiple employees you must complete individual questionnaire forms for each employee. 
2. The legal team will register the employee(s) and track the status. 
3. The $50 fee covers the $10 USCIS Registration Fee and a $40 Firm Processing Fee.  
4. Once the registration window closes on March 20, 2020, registrants will find out if they were selected in the H-1B lottery at the end of the month. 
5. If selected, the applicant is invited to file for the 2021 Fiscal Year H-1B program and Fong Ilagan would be proud to file on your behalf.
